*REMINDER!* All 3rd-8th Grade students will be taking the STAAR test tomorrow 4/16. Please arrive by 8am to start testing promptly. All students who are NOT taking the STAAR test tomorrow will have a 1pm late start. We ask that you please do not bring your non-testing students any earlier than 12:55pm. Bus routes WILL run a late route for their non-testing students.

A big congratulations to all of the students that competed in the District UIL Academic Meet yesterday! Follett emerged as the top school with 542 points, followed by Kelton with 314, and Darrouzett with 174. A special thanks to meet director, Leah Terrell, for managing and organizing the meet and the teachers that assisted her. We also want to extend our appreciation to Darrouzett ISD for hosting. Reminder - This Monday is Pre-K Roundup! All incoming Pre-K students and their families will need to come register for the 2024-2025 school year on April 8, 2024. I want to thank our community members who let me know the school zone light was not functioning on the West side of town. I just wanted to update everyone that the Department of Transportation is working on this remotely. If they are unable to resolve the issue remotely, they will be out on Monday!
