Purpose-

The purpose of the district site based decision-making committee is to improve performance of all students. The ultimate goal is to attain educational equity and excellence for all students.

Integrated decision-making is a process for improving educational outcomes through a collaborative effort. Through this process, the superintendent, principal, teachers, district staff, parents, and community & business representatives work together to find ways to make our school an optimal environment for learning and student success.
