MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of Follett ISD is to develop a stimulating learning environment for students in a way that will...
Foster creativity
Enhance productivity
Encourage adaptability
Promote and affirm achievement
Encompass the entire community
So that FISD students mature intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially becoming competent citizens living in a complex society.

VISION STATEMENT:

We envision a school where there is mutual respect between faculty, students, and community. Administrators, teachers, students, and the community have clearly defined roles and understand those roles, facilitating cooperation and communication.

We envision a school where students choose to learn and be successful, real-life applications are taught and practiced, and students are critical thinkers and problem-solvers.

We envision competent, qualified, caring teachers who meet the needs of students and provide the foundation that produces graduates ready for society. A vision that teachers' and students' needs are met and teachers are professional.

We envision a state-of-the-art facility with adequate funds for operation. This school focuses on the educational, social, and technical needs of its students, staff, and community.

We envision opportunities for all adults in the community to pursue courses of study which will meet the needs of the citizens.

We envision students, parents, community, staff, and Board of Trustees working in a collaborative, dynamic planning and problem-solving process, with all viewpoints honored and respected. FISD works toward a common goal - serving the needs and interests of all students.
